  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
    • We do not accept cancellation requests for any reason, including delay in delivery, size change, color change, or personal preference.

  2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
    • All products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, therefore we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

  3. EXCHANGE POLICY
    • We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.
    • Customers are requested to check size details and product information carefully before placing an order.

  4. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
    • If a damaged or incorrect product is received, the customer must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
    • If the claim is approved, we will replace the product with the same item only. Refunds will not be issued under any condition.
    • Requests without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

  5. IMPORTANT NOTICE
    • Color variations may occur due to screen display differences and lighting, and such variations are not considered defects.
    • We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
    • Orders placed during discount or sale periods are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
